We partner with universities, tutoring companies, and edtech platforms to provide scalable academic operations support, including tutoring, grading, student success, and content services.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive who can identify, qualify, and nurture leads for our B2B education services business in the US region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, outreach, and cold calling, and should be comfortable working independently to meet monthly lead-generation targets.Identify Potential Clients: Research and analyze potential clients in the education and edtech space (Universities, Tutoring Companies, Online Learning Platforms).Generate Qualified Leads: Develop and execute email campaigns, outreach efforts, and telephonic follow-ups to generate qualified leads.Write Personalized Outreach Messages: Craft personalized messages and track engagement through CRM tools.Maintain Prospect Pipeline: Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ensure smooth handover to the Sales team.Analyze Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for higher conversion rates.Coordinate Efforts: Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation for the US market.Strong understanding of email prospecting, sales navigation tools, and equivalent technology.Proven experience in cold emailing and calling decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Operations, or Academic Leaders).Excellent communication and writing skills with a professional tone.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in night shifts (5 PM–2 AM IST).BenefitsWork directly with a global team serving clients in the US education sector.Exposure to international business development and scalable sales processes.Performance-based growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
