About the Role:
“NKlusive” is an exclusive intermediary of NK Realtors dealing in “Premium & Luxury Homes”
Responsibilities:
Lead the Luxury business in Bengaluru for NKlusive.
Develop sales team. Monitoring team members & reviewing their total sales cycle.
Monthly sales review and accordingly reporting to the City Head.
Formulate marketing strategy to generate leads in the HNI & UHNI category.
Strategize market penetration in the top Level Industrywide.
Monitoring revenue collection of luxury segment.
Market research and analysis to create detailed business plans.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Desired Candidate:
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to Penetrate Market by building great business relationships.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of handling.
Industry Preference - Hospitality, NBFC, Real Estate
Education: Preferred Regular MBA.
