Global Program Manager for Digital Partnerships

Job Title: Global Lead for Microsoft PartnerMain Responsibilities:Serve as the lead of a global partner program, ensuring seamless orchestration and management.Administer the Microsoft Partner Center, leveraging expertise to maximize benefits.Develop and execute strategies for tracking referrals, submissions, and SLAs, collaborating with sales leadership.Work closely with marketing and finance teams to claim submissions and track incentives and earnings.Analyze Azure revenue, implementing processes for accurate recognition and stewardship.Provide issue resolution, access requests, and ad hoc queries, serving as a trusted advisor to management.Promote the adoption of Microsoft Advanced Specialization processes within the organization.Maintain ongoing communication with marketing and sales teams on lead performance.Design and maintain executive-ready dashboards, partnering with reporting and analytics functions.Monitor and interpret program changes, driving process excellence across Partner Center operations.Required Skills and Qualifications:A thorough understanding of Microsoft's partner programs and their execution.Experience working in a global system integrator environment, managing complex partner programs.Proven ability to contribute to teams operationalizing partner program requirements.Excellent English speaking, influencing, and communication skills.Working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies.Demonstrated experience managing PAL/CPOR revenue recognition, incentives/earnings claims, and commercial marketplace listings.
