Digital Production Leadership RoleThis is a hybrid position combining creative technology, automation, and operations leadership.The selected leader will drive innovation in digital content creation, establish next-generation workflows, and enable AI-powered production at scale across markets and media.Oversee end-to-end production for digital assets including static and rich-media banners, HTML5 creatives, dynamic emails, landing pages, microsites, UI/UX prototypes, and motion graphics.Partner with global creative and account teams to translate creative ideas into scalable, high-quality digital deliverables.Champion craft excellence, platform compliance, and performance-driven creativity.Identify, design, and implement automation use cases across creative production (e.g., resizing, versioning, localization).Lead workflow modernization across tools such as Figma, After Effects, Animate, Google Web Designer, Adobe Creative Cloud, and platform APIs.Develop and govern production templates, component libraries, and automation frameworks to improve throughput and quality.Evaluate and integrate AI tools for design, image, video, and content generation (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Sora, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs).Partner with data, tech, and operations teams to create AI-assisted creative pipelines for banner, motion, and web content.Mentor a team of digital producers, developers, and motion designers; nurture cross-functional talent capable of handling integrated campaigns.Collaborate with operations and global stakeholders to define future capability roadmaps.Drive partnerships with global agency teams to ensure innovation is business-linked and ROI-driven.
