Job Title: Business Development Executive / Market Research Analyst
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in any industry
Location: Remote (Night Shift)
Education: MBA / B.Tech (Technical background preferred)
Salary- Open for deserving candidates

Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills
Strong English proficiency for client engagement
Prior experience with international or US Markets is preferred
Prior night shift preferred

Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Conduct market research to understand client needs and identify business opportunities
Build and maintain client relationships to support business growth
Use CRM tools to manage leads and track client interactions
Shift: Night shift to align with client availability
