The ideal candidate will own key relationships, deliver excellence in service assurance and provide generalist cyber consultancy.Prepare and present client operational reporting at monthly meetingsDrive enhancements for client SLAs and reportingEnsure analysts meet SLA and follow proceduresDevelop strong report writing skillsOnboard new clients and continuously improve operations and engagementDevelop deep understanding of client business through strategic planning and roadmapsAbout the Role:This role involves preparing and presenting client operational reports on a monthly basis, driving enhancements for client SLAs and reporting, ensuring analysts meet service level agreements (SLAs) and adhere to established procedures, developing strong report writing skills, onboarding new clients, and continually improving operational efficiency and client engagement.The successful candidate will have experience working with Security Operations Centers (SOCs), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, and cybersecurity solutions.Key Responsibilities:Client Reporting: Prepare and present high-quality client operational reports at monthly meetings, ensuring timely submission and clear communication of key performance indicators.Service Delivery: Drive enhancements for client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and reporting, focusing on continuous improvement and process optimization.Analyst Performance: Ensure that L1 and L2 analysts consistently meet SLAs and adhere to established procedures, maintaining high standards of performance and quality.Reporting Skills: Develop and maintain strong report writing skills, producing clear and concise reports that effectively communicate complex information.Client Onboarding: Effectively onboard new clients, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration into our service delivery model.Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of each client's business needs through strategic planning and roadmapping, enabling us to provide tailored solutions and exceptional service delivery.Please note that this job description is subject to change based on business requirements.
