If you're ready to advance your career in Partner Account Management and work in a dynamic, innovative environment, we want to hear from youYou will make an impact by being responsible for: Assisting in the development and execution of regional channel strategies, focusing on expanding the market share of Automation Anywhere (AAI) through collaboration with partner organizationsSupporting the creation of joint go-to-market plans, joint scorecards, and a joint cadence of business reviews from the C-suite down to all levels as required in the organizationCollaborating with national and in-region partners to grow the pipeline for joint execution and collaborating with the field sales team to drive bookingsActing as an advocate for your respective partners for all things AAI; keeping them informed and excited about AAI and building a strong support community to drive partner successAssisting in the development of joint solutions with the respective GSI around SFDC, Workday, Google, etc. to showcase the power of Intelligent Automation within the leading GSI practicesContributing to upselling, cross-selling & net new logo, including expansion sales through partnersYou will be a great fit if you have: BA/BS degree in Sciences or Engineering, with Computer Science or Computer Engineering background preferred4+ years of work experience in Enterprise Software sales or channel salesTechnical, alliance management, presales, and sales aptitude with a successful and progressive track recordExperience with leading and lagging indicators in business and knowing how to scale qualified opportunities, pipeline building, and conversionsSolid computer knowledge. Proficiency with software applications, including SalesforceA willingness to travel occasionally, up to 20-30% of the timeYou excel in these key competencies: Enterprise software architecture and technologiesConsultative selling including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, trial closing, objection handling, and closingHigh energy and adaptability to fast-changing environmentsUnderstanding of software sales, marketing, and business development, including scaling channels/alliancesUnderstanding of the customer life cycle journey and partner business models / GTMs and how they succeed All unsolicited resumes submitted to any email address, whether submitted by an individual or by an agency, will not be eligible for an agency fee.
