Our clients include some of India's leading D2C brands, enterprises, and marketplaces.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive- Finance & Accounts to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in account reconciliation, GST & TDS compliance, and vendor management within the eCommerce industry (mandatory). This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.ResponsibilitiesHandle client and vendor account reconciliation on a regular basis.Manage vendor invoice booking, verification, and posting in accounting systems.Oversee payments and related documentation, ensuring timely and accurate disbursal.Maintain accurate bookkeeping and ensure up-to-date financial records.Perform TDS & GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.Assist in GST return filing and coordinate with auditors for statutory submissions.Monitor financial transactions, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and company policies.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Collaborate with internal departments to resolve reconciliation or invoice discrepancies.RequirementsBCom degree (mandatory); additional certifications like MCom or CA Inter preferred.2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the eCommerce or logistics industry.Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.What We OfferOpportunity to work at a high-growth, Y Combinator-backed startup.Exposure to end-to-end accounting processes in the eCommerce domain.Collaborative work environment with growth and learning opportunities.Competitive salary.
