As a Senior Sales Development Representative at Aerchain, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers, executing targeted outbound sales campaigns, and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will also provide mentorship to junior SDRs and collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through advanced research, outreach, and engagement.
  • Utilise various tools and techniques to build a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.


  • Outbound Sales:
  • Execute and optimize targeted outbound sales campaigns to generate interest and set up high-quality meetings for the sales team.
  • Craft personalised outreach messages and follow-ups to engage prospects effectively.


  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and position Aerchain’s solutions effectively.
  • Maintain regular contact with leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.


  • Mentorship:
  • Provide guidance and support to junior SDRs, sharing best practices and strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Assist in training new team members and fostering a collaborative team environment.


  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads and alignment on outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.


  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and continuously improve strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Leadership qualities and experience in mentoring or managing junior team members.
