Institutional Sales Representative

Business Development SpecialistWe are expanding our presence in the institutional market with three strategic priorities:Priority 1: Establish a robust distribution network in North and West India, focusing on Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda), NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, and Bihar.Priority 2: Break into Indian QSR chains, both national and regional cloud kitchens.Priority 3: Support export onboarding by providing market intelligence for Canada, USA, Australia, and Dubai.The ideal candidate should have 4-12 years of experience in Institutional/HoReCa/QSR sales, a strong distribution network in North/West India, and experience working with frozen foods, dairy, bakery, RTC, meat, or parathas.Key Responsibilities:Distributor Acquisition and Management: Identify, appoint, and manage HoReCa-focused distributors across Gujarat, NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP, and Bihar.QSR and Cloud Kitchen Business Development: Build relationships with QSR chains, regional fast-food chains, and cloud kitchens, and engage national procurement heads, central kitchens, and sourcing teams.Export Market Support: Share market insights with the export team, assist with samples, documentation handover, and product presentations, and help align local product specs to international customer needs.Required Skills:Proven track record in distributor acquisition and management.Strong business development skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
