As an HR Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in managing HR and administrative functions for our back office in Thane. You will be responsible for handling employee relations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, office administration, and more. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment within the Manufacturing/Chemical industry, along with a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices.


Required:

Recruitment:

  • Assist in planning and executing the complete recruitment process for both locally and overseas, based on guidance from the HR Recruitment Head at our Head Office in UAE.
  • Collect and maintain employee documents according to standard checklist.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files.
  • Ensure systematic and comprehensive induction for new employees in the Thane office, overseeing sign-off and filing of all induction-related documents.

Attendance and Leave Records:

  • Track the attendance of all the back-office staff and share it on monthly basis to process payroll as per the organization requirement and communication.
  • Track daily punch in & out, attendance and leave records.
  • Provide payroll inputs such as attendance summary, leave summary, other deductions to payroll team.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Address and resolve employee grievances effectively.
  • Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Contribute to employee welfare and relations by implementing policies and procedures.

Performance Management and Training:

  • Collaborate with managers to support performance management processes.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.
  • Facilitate and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Payroll and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to statutory HR and labor law compliances.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of policies and procedures.

Data Management

  • Maintain complete HR & Admin files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, Office Repair & Maintenance, House Keeping, Utilities, Office Supplies related documents of Thane office.

Administration:

  • Maintain and organize HR and admin files, including employee records, recruitment files, and office-related documents.
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, including office repairs, maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, and office supplies.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure smooth operations of the Thane office.
  • Handling day to day and periodic administrative jobs by coordinating with Real estate and other external vendors who provide support to Thane Office.
  • All policy matters as advised by owners directly or through the In-charge for Thane office.


Other essential points including skills:

  • 7 to 8 years of experience in HR & Recruitment
  • MBA in Human Resources.
  • Experience in HR and administrative functions, with a focus on recruitment within the Manufacturing/Chemical industry.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Fluent in English & Hindi.
