Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive (Recruiter) to join our team, specializing in recruiting sales professionals for the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive the success of our real estate sales division. This role requires strong sourcing skills, a deep understanding of sales roles in real estate, and the ability to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for real estate sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Job Posting & Sourcing: Create engaging job descriptions and post them on various platforms (job boards, social media, and professional networks). Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Shortlist candidates for further interviews with hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide timely feedback to both parties.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships.
- Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers and negotiate compensation packages.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends in the real estate sector and understand the market demands for real estate sales professionals.
- Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new hires by ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the real estate or sales sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales roles and the key competencies required for success in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
