For this program, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRMS Program Manager to lead the implementation of Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The HRMS Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects related to HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRMS implementations, project management, and a deep understanding of HR operations. This role will report to the Global Transformation Officer.
Job Description :
Project Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple HRMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with HR leadership, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with HRMS vendors and third-party consultants, ensuring deliverables align with contractual agreements and business needs.
Change Management : Develop and implement change management strategies to support HRMS initiatives, including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption strategies.
Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues related to HRMS projects, develop mitigation plans, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
Quality Assurance : Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor project performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives for HRMS systems and processes, leveraging industry best practices and technological advancements.
Budget Oversight : Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master’s in business administration (MBA) with specialization in HR practices, from leading institute.
- Proven experience (10+ years) as an HRMS Program Manager, HR Systems Manager, or similar role with a focus on HR technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of HRMS platforms and modules, with experience in systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, MS etc.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Substantial understanding of HR processes and practices, including talent management, compensation, benefits administration and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
