DotPe is the only Indian platform to have successfully penetrated the entire landscape of offline-to-online commerce, from merchants in rural pockets of India to FnB mega players. Headquartered in Gurgaon, DotPe was founded in March 2020, and within a span of 2 years, the company has empowered 8 Mn+ merchants across various categories to go online with their businesses. The company digitally powers the entire customer journey - ordering, payments, and delivery solutions for 30,000+ restaurants and food courts. For small and medium-sized businesses, the company has an app called Digital Showroom that helps businesses open a digital storefront in under 15 seconds. The app offers a complete suite of business solutions to manage the entire customer journey. DotPe had also acquired Rista Apps the new age mobile point of sale (POS) and cloud management platform for restaurants. DotPe has raised ~ $93 million till date from marquee investors such as PayU, Google, Naspers, MUFG, Infoedge, among others.

About the role :


Content marketers blend strategic thinking with creative execution to produce content that attracts and retains customers, educates the market, and drives product adoption.


Responsibilities:


  • Content Strategy Development:
  • Define and develop content strategies that align with the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify target audience segments and tailor content to meet their specific needs and interests.

2.Content Creation:

  • Write and edit various types of content, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and product descriptions.
  • Develop compelling copy for product pages, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Create multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and webinars to support content strategies.

3.SEO Optimization:

  • Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into the content without compromising quality.

4.Product Documentation:

  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation to help customers understand and use the product effectively.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure the accuracy and clarity of product-related content.

5.Content distribution and promotion:

  • Distribute content through various channels, including websites, email newsletters, and social media.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and industry publications to amplify content reach.

6.Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools to track metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven improvements.

7.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product management, design, and sales teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Align content creation with the overall product messaging and marketing goals.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in content marketing, ideally within a product marketing role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Ability to create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and marketing tools.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
