**Job Summary**:
Homekrafted is looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Marketing Strategist & Operations Manager** to lead and implement marketing campaigns while managing the day-to-day operations of our team. This role combines strategic marketing planning with overseeing the operational execution of our home-based food delivery platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and operational management experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Marketing Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for Homekrafted.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, etc.).
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to create engaging campaigns that promote home-made food and other home-based products.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and new opportunities to expand Homekrafted’s market presence.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute events, partnerships, and promotions to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.

**Operations Management**:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Homekrafted team, ensuring smooth functioning across departments including marketing, customer support, and logistics.
- Lead the operations team in coordinating with home chefs, artists, and delivery partners to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency, including order management, customer queries, and vendor coordination.
- Work closely with the operations team to manage bulk orders, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain operational standards.

**Team Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations and marketing teams to achieve their goals.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for continuous upskilling of the team.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure alignment between marketing and operations teams to meet overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing strategy, preferably in the food or e-commerce sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics, etc.).
- Experience in managing operational teams and leading day-to-day business functions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for home-made products and supporting local entrepreneurs is a plus.
