Corporate Relations & Industry Outreach LeaderThe Corporate Relations & Industry Outreach Leader will establish strategic partnerships with corporate entities to foster growth opportunities for management students.Lead Generation: Identify new business prospects, cultivate relationships, and secure internships and full-time placements while maintaining a student-centric approach.Nurture connections with senior professionals like CHROs, functional leaders, CXOs, and create placement opportunities through effective outreach efforts.Develop and maintain a database of corporates/placement POCs/CXOs/CHROs, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.Build and sustain campus relations with prospective recruiters, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.Organize and execute engaging campus activities like leadership talks, live projects, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, etc., in collaboration with industry partners.Coordinate the corporate outreach and campus recruitment process for full-time positions and summer internships, driving excellence in every aspect.Stay abreast of industry/economic developments to enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts, positioning the organization for long-term success.Collaborate with key stakeholders including alumni, faculty, administration, marketing, and admissions teams to achieve larger institutional objectives, fostering a culture of cooperation and teamwork.
