Head of Strategic GrowthWe are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our demand-side B2B partnerships globally.The role is responsible for defining and executing the company's global demand-side B2B partnership strategy, building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.About the Role:This is a senior leadership position that requires a deep understanding of the education sector, a proven track record in strategic partnerships, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Partnership Strategy & Growth:Develop a comprehensive global demand-side B2B partnership strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.Identify and prioritize high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding processes.Build frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.Relationship Management & Enablement:Serve as the primary contact for strategic partners.Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.Provide partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral.Performance Tracking & Optimization:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership success.Analyze performance data to refine partnership strategies and optimize results.Team Leadership:Lead a high-performing partnership team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
