This position involves leading the strategy, framework, and execution of change management initiatives across client implementations, ensuring seamless transition to procurement solutions.This role requires someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution – someone who can build toolkits, partner closely with clients, and act as a trusted advisor for large-scale procurement transformation.You will collaborate closely with Implementation, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, guiding both internal teams and customers on best-in-class change practices.Define the enterprise-wide change management vision, methodology, and standards for client implementations and internal initiatives.Partner with cross-functional teams to embed change management early in the project lifecycle – from pre-sales to post-go-live.Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations for client organizations.Identify and manage change-related risks, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful adoption.Build and maintain a scalable Change Management Toolkit, including readiness scorecards, sponsorship roadmaps, coaching plans, user journey maps, and training frameworks.Develop and drive compelling change communication strategies across multiple channels.Establish and track KPIs for change success, measuring adoption, satisfaction, and value realization.Act as a trusted advisor for strategic clients, including C-level stakeholders.Train and mentor internal teams and client teams on our change methodology and tools.Provide thought leadership through white papers, case studies, and client presentations.
