Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Service Executive at GETSETFIT. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing customer service operations.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in customer service roles
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in the fitness or health industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
