2. Freshers: Up to 25,000 in-hand(Salary based on total years of experience and last drawn salary)
About the Role:
Are you passionate about customer service and looking for an exciting career in an international BPO Vibrantzz Management Services is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our Voice Process team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play an essential role in assisting customers, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Positions Available:
Healthcare Customer Service Executive (Malad & Powai)
- Role: Address customer queries related to healthcare services via calls
- Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 9:30 AM (9-hour shifts between this time window)
- Salary: 27,000 - 42,000 in-hand
Requirements:
- HSC or Graduation (Mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome to apply or candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience
- Comfortable working night shifts
- All educational and professional documents are mandatory
- Excellent communicationskills
