TheRoleContext:
As part ofthe WSN Team youwill build and manage networks of mentors experts advisorsconsultants and startup service providers for 360 degrees supportto the startups that are part ofWSN Programs. Youwill need to conduct calls / send emails / connect via social mediato generate leads of mentors/advisors schedule "firstmeetings" for onboarding them onto the WE platform map andconnect them with startups ensure mentoring engagement between thestartup and the mentors conduct feedback surveys and coursecorrectas required.
Oversee outreachselection and onboarding efforts of mentors. Grow and manage thenetwork of mentors and effectively engage the community for allWSN programs.
Communicate withpotential mentors/advisors via tele prospecting and emailing togenerate interest and create rapport;
Follow up onemail marketing advertising campaigns to warm leads.
Mapping ofrelevant mentors to thementees and connecting them on theWSNplatform.
Research anddiscover methods to increase mentormentee engagement
Monitoring andtracking data and ensuring effective mentoring sessions between thestartups and theMentors;
