About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director-Mentor-Mentee Network. As a key member of our Wadhwani Foundation team, you will be responsible for building and managing networks of mentors, experts, advisors, consultants, and start-up service providers to provide 360-degree support to startups participating in our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee outreach, selection, and onboarding efforts of mentors, ensuring a strong and diverse pool of experts to support our startups.
  2. Grow and manage the network of mentors, effectively engaging the community for all WSN programs and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  3. Communicate with potential mentors/advisors via tele-prospecting and emailing to generate interest and create rapport, and follow up on email marketing and advertising campaigns to warm leads.
  4. Map relevant mentors to mentees and connect them on the WSN platform, ensuring seamless collaboration and mentoring engagement.
  5. Research and discover methods to increase mentor-mentee engagement, monitor and track data, and ensure effective mentoring sessions between startups and mentors.
  6. Taking periodic feedbacks from both mentors and mentees/students and course-correct the process/engagements based on the feedback, as required.
  7. Support the build-out of the WSN technology platform by onboarding and building a community of ecosystem partners and peer-peer networks.
  8. Organize community-building activities/meetups to build interest among the ecosystem mentors to connect and collaborate for WSN programs.

Requirements:

  • A seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience with 5-6 years in the Skilling ecosystem.
  • MBA/Post-graduate degree from a reputed institute.
  • Deep experience with CRM software/Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Campaigns.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box and hustle/be on your feet to creatively solve problems.
  • Sales and Business development experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and ability to operate in a fast-changing environment.
  • A go-getter attitude, full of initiative, persistence, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sourcing and onboarding Mentors & Experts on the WSN Platform (500-1000 Mentors).
  • Engagement of Mentors with mentees - min 4 mentoring sessions per week.
  • Conduct events, activities, and Masterclasses for engaging the mentor - 2 per Month.
