IT Director

Naviga Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead and manage our IT resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our IT systems and services, as well as managing our IT staff and driving technological innovations.

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy to align with business goals.
• Provide leadership and direction for IT initiatives, ensuring they support organizational growth, efficiency, and innovation.
• Oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, including on-premise networks, servers, software, databases, and hardware.
• Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies.
• Ensure the security of our IT systems and data, following guidance from the VP of Cyber Security.
• Stay informed on relevant regulations and ensure compliance with all IT-related legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Lead major IT projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and implementations, both in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing technology operations.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Exposure with Cloud Infrastructure, Networking & Security (AWS)
• Experience leading large-scale IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
