Performance Tracking : Monitor account performance, providing regular updates to management and adjusting strategies as necessary. Customer Insights : Gather and analyse customer insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Experience : 4+ years of experience in account management or sales in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of managing key accounts. Should have knowledge of South India market. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
