Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Admin to join our team in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining an organized workflow in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventories.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain and organize company files, both physical and digital.
- Ensure effective communication with employees, contractors, and suppliers.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other essential documents.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, processing contracts, and maintaining HR records.
- Coordinate meetings and other events related to the construction project.
- Liaise with local authorities and contractors for necessary documentation and permits.
- Handle other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: SR 2,000 to SR 2,500 per month (8-10 hours/day).
- Bonus: Minimum of one month’s salary every two years, based on employee performance.
- Salary Review: Salary increase based on performance every two years.
- Vacation Days: 60 days every two years.
- Vacation Pay: Paid vacation every two years.
- Housing & Utilities: Provided (including furniture, water, electricity, gas, and sewage).
- Transportation: Provided.
- Overtime: Open to all positions, depending on availability.
- Contract Duration: 2 years, renewable.
