Job Title: Sales and Admin Executive
Location: Qatar

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have
experience in sales support, cold calling, and administrative functions, along with a fundamental
understanding of accounting practices and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support: Assist in lead generation, follow up on leads through cold calling, and
manage the customer pipeline. Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to
foster business growth.
• Administration: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling
meetings, handling documentation, and maintaining office records.
• Basic Accounting: Handle essential accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment
tracking, and maintaining expense records. Assist in budgeting and financial
documentation as required.
• Documentation & Record-Keeping: Manage digital and physical files, ensuring
documents are organized, up-to-date, and accessible. Prepare reports and maintain
records for internal review.
• Cold Calling & Client Outreach: Execute cold calling campaigns to generate leads,
promote products, and set up meetings with potential clients. Maintain a database of
client interactions and feedback.
• Other Duties: Support other departments as needed, including data entry, reporting, and
assisting in company events or promotional activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and administrative role, preferably within
the ICT or ELV sector.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software.
• Proven experience in cold calling and client outreach.
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the ICT and ELV sectors is a plus.
• Experience in sales lead generation tools and techniques.
