One of our early-stage SaaS portfolio companies is building a category-leading open-source solution in the Kubernetes space, and they are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the team as they continue to hyper-scale.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the CS Engineers and the client to build and shape the overall account management, renewal, and expansion strategyProactively liaise with customers, understand their expectations, build trust and maintain rapportDrives renewals by identifying customers' key pain points and working internally to make sure they're addressedBuild and own the process of customer onboarding, training, and supportEncouraging customer advocacy through internal NPS surveys, external reviews, case studies, testimonials, and referralsQualifications5 to 7 years of experiencePrior B2B SaaS Customer Success experience is criticalPrior experience selling into platform teams and technical teams is an advantagePrior experience dealing with enterprise clientsSomeone with technical knowledge would be an advantage but not requiredTechnology or Start-up experience is nice to haveProactive and hustler mentalityPlease apply to this role directly on .
