Java Production Support Engineer

The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues across Java applications, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, SQL, and Snowflake.Key Responsibilities:3-6 years of experience in providing L4/ engineering support for data and application issues in production.Troubleshoot ADF pipeline failures, SQL/Snowflake query issues, and Java integration errors.Perform root cause analysis and coordinate permanent fixes with core development teams.Monitor system health, automate routine checks, and maintain runbooks.Participate in on-call rotation and incident/change management processes.Skills Required:Strong in Java, Angular and SQL.Experience with monitoring and visualization tools (Splunk, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Power BI).Excellent analytical and communication skills.Good to Have:Knowledge of Snowflake (queries, optimization, monitoring).
