As a Customer Service Representative, you play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers.Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and respond promptly to resolve issues. You will need to have strong communication skills to provide accurate information about our products and services.Your responsibility will also involve identifying customer needs and resolving complex issues by escalating them to supervisors or technical teams when necessary. You will need to follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved.In addition to handling customer interactions, you will maintain detailed records of all customer communications in our CRM system, update customer accounts, process orders, returns, and requests. You will also generate reports as needed to track performance.RequirementsWe require a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential for this role.You will need to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries at once.Familiarity with basic computer software and tools such as CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) is required.A positive attitude and customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.
