We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the role of Wind Execution Head, leading our wind energy initiatives. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of wind energy projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and a strong emphasis on safety and sustainability.


Designation: Wind Execution Head

Location : Gurgaon

Company : Leading Company into Renewable Energy

Experience : 20 + years in Wind Energy projects / Solar / Hybrid projects

Qualification : Engineering Graduate


Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Lead and manage all phases of wind energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and financial objectives.

2. Team Management: Establish and manage a team of skilled professionals, including project managers, engineers, and support staff, to effectively deliver wind projects.

3. Site Selection: Identify and evaluate suitable locations for wind energy projects, considering factors such as wind resources, environmental impact, and regulatory compliance.

4. Permitting and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, and secure necessary permits for project execution.

5. Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, implement cost control measures, and ensure high-quality and safe project delivery within financial constraints.

6. Risk Management: Identify project risks and establish mitigation strategies to prevent delays and address unforeseen challenges.

7. Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, maintaining quality standards throughout.

8. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance and control protocols to meet performance and reliability standards.

9. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including landowners, local communities, and regulatory bodies.

10. Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular updates on project status, budget performance, and safety records to senior management and regulatory authorities.

11. Environmental and Sustainability Focus: Integrate sustainability and environmental best practices into all aspects of project planning and execution.

12. Project Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning and testing of wind turbines to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.

13. Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives in project management practices, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in managing wind energy projects, with expertise in renewable energy or wind technology.

• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting processes, and safety standards in the wind energy sector.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

• Familiarity with wind turbine technology is advantageous.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
