Key Role DescriptionWe seek a highly skilled and experienced executive support professional to partner with our CEO in overseeing day-to-day operations, coordination, and communication tasks.The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.Calendar and Priority Management:Coordinate the CEO's schedule with precision and care.Arrange internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-through.Identify potential scheduling conflicts early and implement strategies for efficient time management.Communication and Coordination:Draft and disseminate clear, concise communication materials, including emails and updates.Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Facilitate collaboration across global teams and international offices to ensure smooth information exchange.Travel and Logistics:Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.Prepare comprehensive travel briefs and necessary documents to guarantee seamless journeys.Meeting Support:Develop meeting agendas, presentations, and key discussion points.Record minutes accurately, highlighting action items and responsibilities.Assist in planning review meetings and cross-functional discussions.Operational and Administrative Support:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, reports, and filing systems.Support expense processes, reimbursement procedures, and basic vendor coordination.Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness in all administrative duties.Project and Task Tracking:Provide research assistance, collate data, and prepare routine business updates.Track ongoing tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across departments.Offer consistent organisational support to help the CEO stay informed and focused.Key Qualifications and SkillsProven experience as an executive assistant or equivalent role.Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.Strong calendar management and prioritisation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.What We OfferA competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.How to ApplyCandidates should submit their application, including a cover letter and resume, to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
