Senior Manager US Talent Acquisition

What you bring to the table

  • 12+ years of professional-level corporate recruiting experience, managing end to end recruiting processes at complex organisations
  • Proven track record of creating a scalable recruiting process to accelerate company growth
  • Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies, cold calling, and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens and in person interviews
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics on a daily basis (calls made, candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, TTF)
  • Experience consulting with senior leaders to map out human capital needs, short term and long term
  • Prior experience managing third party relationships
  • Excellent candidate management capabilities including managing salary negotiations from pre-qualifying to "close"
  • Knowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resources
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple requirements at a time with a heavy focus on shortening time to fill timelines
  • Use innovative techniques to meet the staffing needs of the business
  • Source, vet and close bar-raising technical consultants into our consulting practice areas
  • Source candidates using best practices search strategies beyond just job boards.
  • Perform and facilitate all phases of the interviewing process up to. This includes pre-screening resumes, phone/video interviews, coordinating and scheduling onsite interviews (when that becomes a thing again), and candidate relationship management throughout the entire process
  • Work with Hiring Managers to verify and improve job descriptions based on evolving needs. While doing so, also provide insight into current market availability
  • Negotiate and close offers
  • Occasional collaboration with third party recruitment agencies for certain roles if needed

  • This is a remote position but must be commutable to NYC for periodic meetings, events, and compa gatherings.


Who you are


As a senior manager of the Talent Acquisition Team you would work side by side with Account Managers, Sales Teams and the Leadership team to actively source, recruit and onboard the best Architects, Front End/Backend Engineers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Mobile Engineers, and UX/UI Designers. You will also become a Brand Ambassador of InRhythm both over the phone and in-person at events and meetups. We are looking for a candidate with a diverse skill set including:

  • 12+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • Full recruitment life cycle experience from sourcing to selling the company, to interviewing and negotiating/closing offers to consulting engineers (digital transformation product consultancy experience highly desired)
  • Possess deep experience in sophisticated Boolean search and x-ray techniques.
  • Deep expertise vetting technical candidates to meet requirements
  • Experience validating priorities and delivering under deadlines
  • College Degree focusing in HR, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred
