Role Description

This full-time Talent Acquisition Executive role is an on-site position located in Bengaluru South. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. Daily tasks include developing and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, and working closely with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sourcing, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in developing job descriptions and posting job listings
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews and candidate evaluation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain candidate databases and coordinate recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
