You will receive hands-on training in all aspects of the recruitment process, with a focus on tech and product roles. Throughout the program, you will work alongside seasoned recruiters, gaining practical experience and insights into the recruitment industry. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to be onboarded as a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager at Hireginie.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the full recruitment cycle for Non Tech, tech and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.Participate in weekly training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
