Responsibilities:● Understand the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various stagesto effectively manage learning programs related to software development.● Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in themarket, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our learning offerings.● Deep understanding of program management methodologies and best practicesto ensure successful program execution, including setting objectives, establishingtimelines, and managing resources.● Design and develop comprehensive learning paths that cater to different rolesand skill levels within our organization.● Multitask effectively to manage multiple learning programs simultaneously,ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables.● Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectivelyconvey complex information and engage stakeholders at various levels.● Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with cross-functional teams,including learning designers, subject matter experts, and project managers, toensure successful program implementation.● Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and agile methodologies to support theimplementation of learning programs within an agile framework.● Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identifypotential challenges and provide innovative solutions.Requirements: 1-2yrs Experience● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent● Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in the learning anddevelopment domain.● In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and itsvarious stages.● Familiarity with current technology trends and advancements in the market.● Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and bestpractices.● Experience in designing and implementing learning paths or curricula.● Excellent multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to prioritizeand meet deadlines.● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.● Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies is a plus.● Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.If you are passionate about learning and development, possess excellent programmanagement skills, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborativeenvironment, we would love to hear from you.
