An individual with
- At least 2 years of experience selling products related to Corporate Gifting.
- Has past experience in managing events & sponsorships.
- Hands-on experience in selling products related to corporate gifting to admin and HR and through corporate re-sellers.
- Should have a willingness to travel to nearby territories to conduct field sales.
- Should possess excellent know-how and have hands-on experience in communicating product features and benefits to potential clients and customers.
- Should understand customer needs and requirements and relay the information back to the management.
- Should demonstrate a thorough understanding of the levers of the business and can translate qualitative inputs into quantifiable outputs
- Should be a team player with a go-getter attitude, Passionate about sales and business development.
- Should possess a high degree of persuasive skills, detail orientation, and be able to communicate necessities in the right way
- Analytical & good with data (Hands on experience in Excel)
Expectations from the role:
- Responsible for Corporate Gifting Sales Targets and ensuring that all Sales Orders are acknowledged and serviced promptly.
- Responsible for providing projections for all Key Accounts as a part of the Demand Planning and Business Forecasting exercise.
- Find and target potential clients such as MNCs, Gifting Resellers, etc, and also manage all inbound gifting queries.
- Ensure to meet clients and negotiate deals, closures, and re-orders while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- To be able to prepare all sales reports, market visits and consumption reports promptly.
- Prospect and cultivate new corporate accounts, pursuing potential customers from various industries.
- Generating qualified leads through different channels and scheduling meetings with the decision-makers.
- Understanding client’s needs and presenting them with the appropriate product solution to meet those needs Preparing a quotation proposal, negotiating, and closing the deal.
- Maintain and service new and existing accounts throughout the sales funnel and retention process
- Focus always on customer satisfaction through quality of services and solutions.
