Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced recruitment specialist with expertise in civil engineering or architecture to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate US business needs.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their hiring requirements and provide suitable candidates.Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in engineering/architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and other channels.
