This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and 8+ years of experience in the translation and localization industry.Main Responsibilities:Format and edit documents according to client specifications using MS Word.Edit graphics using applications as instructed.Utilize macros and automation tools to improve efficiency and quality.Mentor junior DTP specialists to enhance team performance.Collaborate with Project Managers for seamless execution.Troubleshoot DTP-related issues and suggest process improvements.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree.Advanced proficiency in MS Word for document formatting.Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools for graphic editing.Proven experience in DTP OCR processing and quality assurance.Advance Proficiency in using industry-standard OCR software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro, ABBYY FineReader).Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity for those who want to take their careers to the next level.
