Job Title: Program Guidance SpecialistWe are seeking a talented and competitive Program Guidance Specialist to contact warm leads for programs via phone and email. The primary objective is to consult potential students on how our world-class education from top-tier universities can help them achieve their career goals.Key Responsibilities:Provide in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email, focusing on the benefits of pursuing higher education from renowned institutions.Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy, ensuring a smooth transition into our educational programs.Adhere to the inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow, maintaining high standards of performance and productivity.Provide feedback to leadership on call quality, observed trends, and insights from student conversations, contributing to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies.Requirements include 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in International Edtech markets, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong phone presence, ability to make 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads, experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred), growth mindset, ability to implement feedback, demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process that require follow-up, and ability to work remotely and hit metrics without being micromanaged.
