Your Role at Cetark Corp
As a Cyber Space Service Delivery/Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring the seamless execution of cybersecurity solutions for our global clients. You'll work closely with technical teams, manage client expectations, and drive operational excellence. Veterans with experience in Cyber Command are strongly encouraged to apply, as we value expertise in structured and secure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management:
Lead cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks proactively.
- Service Delivery:
Oversee day-to-day delivery of services to meet SLAs and customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution.
- Team Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and optimize processes to improve project delivery standards.
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years in service delivery, project management, or a similar role.
Previous experience in cybersecurity or IT service management is highly desirable.
Veterans with leadership experience in Cyber Command are highly preferred.
- Skills:
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Availability:
Willingness to work night shifts (EST hours) to support our global clients.
This is an on-site position; remote work is not available for this role.
