Senior Sales Executive

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing dealer/distribution network in the water motors and pumps industry . If you have strong field sales experience and enjoy meeting customers, developing markets, and closing deals, we’d love to have you on our team. Key Responsibilities Visit dealers, retailers, plumbers, contractors, and project sites to promote and sell water motors and pumps. Develop and manage relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities . Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory. Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to clients. Gather market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer needs. Coordinate with the office team for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-up . Ensure strong after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Business field. Experience: 2–5 years in field sales of water motors, pumps Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
