Key responsibilities include:Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.Assisting guests with inquiries related to menu items, products, store layout, and brand philosophy.Handling billing, orders, and product exchanges accurately while maintaining efficiency.Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for complete satisfaction.Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, including café tables and retail counters.Upselling products and experiences mindfully, keeping customer needs and preferences in mind.Capturing feedback and relaying insights to management for continuous improvement.
