Recruitment Specialist - Talent Acquisition

Location: Gurgaon


Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Focus on bulk hiring initiatives, ensuring timely delivery for IT roles at scale.

Sourcing & Screening:

  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases, to identify top talent.
  • Utilize AI-based hiring tools to streamline candidate identification and engagement.

Target-Driven Execution:

  • Work in a target-oriented environment, meeting hiring deadlines and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
  • Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously, balancing speed and quality of hires.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and align on recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, offer acceptance rates).
  • Use data to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency.



Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in talent acquisition, with significant experience in bulk hiring for the tech and non-tech roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment. Should have managed a minimum 8-10 lateral offers a month.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in AI-based recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work independently with hiring managers for manager-level and above positions.
