Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist- Retail

Location: Gurgaon

Industry: Retail

CTC: Up to ₹14 LPA


Key Responsibilities

1. Store Hiring

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for store-level roles, including Sales Associates, Store Managers, and other retail staff.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local talent pools to fulfill store hiring requirements efficiently.
  • Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments with hiring managers for quick turnaround.


2. Corporate Hiring

  • Manage recruitment for corporate roles across departments such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and E-commerce.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source mid-to-senior level candidates using job portals, professional networks like LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods.


3. Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience across all hiring categories by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing queries and guiding them through the recruitment process.


4. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for store, campus, and corporate hiring to meet current and future needs.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques, including local hiring drives, partnerships, and social media outreach, to attract top talent.


5. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to assess and improve hiring efficiency.
