Job Title: Customer Operations SpecialistWe are seeking detail-oriented professionals with hands-on experience in customer service operations, e-commerce, or operations management. This role involves building workflows, datasets, and simulations that are critical for benchmarking large language models (LLMs). Your work will ensure that AI systems are tested against real-world business scenarios, validated for accuracy and compliance, and aligned with customer experience standards.Key Responsibilities:Recreate operational workflows for compliance checks (KYC, AML, GDPR, PCI), audits, and internal controlsValidate AI-generated outputs for administrative tasks, compliance reports, and operational logsStructure datasets that reflect refund logs, approval workflows, and compliance recordsCollaborate with tooling developers to simulate dashboards and monitoring workflowsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Hands-on experience in operations management and compliance workflows (KYC, audits, refunds, documentation, logs)Familiarity with common tools (Jira, Service Now, Confluence, ERPs like SAP, Oracle, Net Suite)Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues in AI-generated workflowsUnderstanding of how operational data is used to train and evaluate LLMsExcellent written English for creating training-quality datasets and validating AI responsesBenefits:Remote-first and flexible work environmentOpportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects with leading LLM companiesPotential for contract extension based on performance and project needs
