If you thrive in chaos, love wearing multiple hats, and want to leave fingerprints all over a rocketship, read on.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the bridge between our product, tech team, and clients, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.What You’ll Do: -Develop a deep understanding of our product, its features and benefits.Work closely with existing clients to understand their challenges and proactively resolve them.Collaborate with the tech team to address issues swiftly and efficiently.Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.Leverage your analytical eye to identify trends and suggest improvements.Keep the clients engaged.What We’re Looking ForFreshers are welcome Past experience in eCommerce, Shopify or fintech is a bonus.Quick learners who can grasp the ins and outs of our product.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.A knack for analytics to understand customer pain points and recommend solutions.Self-starters with a customer-first mindset.💸 Stipend: ₹10,000 to 15,0000/month + Performance Bonuses⏳ Duration: 6 months (Non-negotiable)🚀 Full-time opportunity with a performance-based salary of ₹5 - 10 LPA after internship📌 Apply only if you are ready to work for at least 6 months.Note: We work 6-days a week in-office, apply only if you are actually ready for the hustle with the founding team.
