Job Role: Sr. Executive - Customer Success Job Location: Bangalore Job Responsibilities: - Identify, build, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, focusing on driving - joint success. - Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product, to align resources and strategies to meet partner needs. - Act as the main liaison or a leader between partners and internal teams to foster collaboration, address challenges, and identify new opportunities. - Develop and execute initiatives that drive partner enablement, growth, and engagement, ensuring partners meet their business goals. - Maintain and manage a pipeline of partners, tracking engagement, performance, and areas for improvement. - Work closely with Sales & existing partners to explore up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, driving long term growth. - Provide detailed reporting on partner performance, health, and forecast to the management team. - Contribute to the development of the overall partner strategy and ensure its successful execution across regions. Desired Candidate Profile: - 3-5 years of experience in partner management, customer success, or business development, preferably in a SaaS, CPAAS environment. - Proven success in managing and growing relationships with partners or enterprise clients. - Strong ability to communicate complex solutions with clarity and confidence to both technical and non-technical - stakeholders. - Proven track record of exceeding growth targets and driving revenue through partnerships. - High business acumen with experience across multiple industry verticals. - Self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
