As a senior leader in business growth, you will be responsible for driving revenue and customer acquisition across multiple brands.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to enhance brand performanceLead client communication with founders, operators, and marketing heads to ensure alignment and clear expectationsOversee brand performance metrics including revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and retention ratesDesign and implement full-funnel strategies across advertising, retention, conversion rate optimization, landing pages, and creative contentA typical day may involve reviewing brand dashboards, messaging the team with key action items, aligning priorities with founders, identifying leaks in the customer journey, coordinating with design and copy teams, publishing experiments, and analyzing results to inform future decisions.To succeed in this role, you should have:2-5 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, creative strategy, copywriting, or a combination of these fieldsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet toolsComfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders, including weekly review sessionsFamiliarity with key D2C metrics and their implications on business growthA proven track record of delivering tangible outcomes rather than just activity
