Role: Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive and impactful user experiences across both web and mobile applications.

Additionally, you will iterate on designs based on user feedback and work closely with developers to ensure the final product meets the highest standard of visual appeal and usability.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to shape and refine the overall user journey.

Responsibilities

Lead UX Design Projects : Own the entire UX design process, from research and concept development to final implementation, ensuring a user-centric approach across all stages.
User Research : Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that clearly illustrate product functionality and workflows.
Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, UI designers, and developers to create cohesive experiences that align with business goals and user needs.
Usability Testing : Plan and execute usability tests, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance the overall user experience.
Design Systems : Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system, ensuring all designs are scalable and reusable across different projects.
Mentorship : Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to help them grow and refine their skills.
Stakeholder Communication : Present design concepts, research findings, and prototypes to internal stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and trade-offs.
Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the application of best UX practices.

Required Skills and Experience

4+ years (post education) of relevant design experience with proven success in working with clients and partners
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in product design, HCI, interaction design, industrial design, communication design, architecture, or equivalent experience.
Experience with both web and mobile app interaction design
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
Good understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
Bonus points for Experience with Design Systems : Hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems across different products and teams.

Experience building B2B SaaS Products : Prior experience in designing user experiences for B2B SaaS products, understanding the unique challenges and needs of business users.
