Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to lead our design team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience and user interface design within the Omni/E-Commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, user experience principles, and new technologies to continuously improve design quality.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
  • Analyze user behavior and design metrics to optimize the user experience and enhance product performance.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the Omni/E-Commerce industry.
